Bartholf avenue location in Jacksonville Florida is the worse place ever. No communication. When you do get ahold of cynthia t. She acts like it’s a bother to tell you anything. My truck was at their location for almost a month before she told me after I called her that the tech they had working on my truck had quit and hadn’t done anything to my truck but apparently tear it down. Then told me that they ere gonna send it to the Atlantic blvd store to be fixed because they didn’t have the people. Talked to Devon and he said waiting on them to send the rest of my truck like for example the Bumper so he could figure out what he needed to order. Got a call that it looked good to be done on a Monday never heard from them. Got an email Tuesday that due to being spread thin with help that should be done by Friday or early the next week. Replied wanting someone else’s contact info because was upset about being told they had labor issues after truck sat for a month because of labor issues. Got a voice mail that it would for sure be done Friday and it was. Everything looks ok. I appreciate Devin for at least communicating some Cynthia t was absolutely useless in this whole process except to say how screwed the tech left her because he wasn’t doing his job then left. My problem is that the tech has a boss and seems to me like he’s not doing the job he is paid for either.

Was supposed to get vehicle two weeks ago, then last Friday. Showed up 28 May as I got notification that vehicle was ready. Trim pieces and door seal were not installed. Rear bumper protector not replaced and cutouts to rear parking sensors were rough. Advised that the rear bumper needs to be replaced again...many wasted 25 mile trips to collision shop and now another to replace defective bumper. Completely unhappy with the entire process! Google review is next!

Very disappointed. My car is not even safe to drive. The entire experience was not very good. My accident happened May 3rd. We set our appointment for May 6th. The car was dropped off at 10:00am May 6th. They made first contact with me May 8th. Via call and email. I explained all the issues I had with the car. They called me every 2 days after that. With updates. Each time I talked to them I ask them to look at the issue I reported. Fast forward the car ready for pickup. Only thing that was repaired was exterior cosmetic damage. I was told the electrical issue had nothing to with my accident. But they didn’t have any paperwork showing they diagnosed, inspected, or reported electrical issues to the insurance company. They told me I can take my car to another shop and let them diagnose the issue. And prove it was caused by the accident. So now I have car that’s not safe drive and I have to return my rental tomorrow.

They ignored the problems I told them I was having. Then gave me my car back. And the car is not safe to drive. Then told me. I can go to another shop have them diagnose the issue. Then bring back. So yea, I would tell my friends and family to go to another shop from the start.

Crash Champions were super efficient and kept me updated on progress with repairs to my car. If I ever needed repairs in the future I would definitely use them.
