Mentioned a scratch on the passenger mirror when it was brought in and it wasn’t addressed. Mike is now attempting to work with the adjuster to get it repaired. One of the replaced passenger side window trim pieces sticks up at one end. Shop attempted to resolve but no luck. The corresponding driver side piece does not have this issue. Picked up the vehicle during a light rain shower. Noticed when it dried that there were two new chips and a scratch on the door pillar near the trim piece mentioned above. ? Communication with the shop was great, and the staff was friendly. Facility did a good job matching the paint color and not laying on so much paint that it sagged.
