From the moment, I came in for an estimate on damages, there was a spirit of "I'm at your service," of honesty, of professionalism, of respect. Then, when I was waiting in the office area, Suzanne, Luis, and general manager, Andre displayed degrees of collaboration with each other that spilled out in comprehensive reassurances that excellence in their work is a basic ingredient in their full service work.
