Everyone was very nice! I think the repair process went well and smooth. I would have appreciated a little more communication. I had to call to make sure the car was ready after the app said it was ready 2 days prior. And I would have appreciated if they told me I could have dropped off the rental there. That would have made things easier. But overall I am happy with the service.

For the most part everything turned out great. It doesn’t appear I got a new rim. I think I was told it was reconditioned and you can tell. There is also a paint chip that didn’t get covered up well. It looks like an amateur did that work. Overall, the people are responsive and keep you informed. Just some minor physical issues that I thought would be done better.
