Crash Champions is a very professional organization. The team is polite, courteous, informative and move very quickly to get things done. There was a molding on the opposite side of the car which was out of alignment. Though that area was not part of the repair, Crash Champions adjusted the molding back to its original configuration. Welcomed Surprise!

While repairs were done excellently, and the car was clean - there was a lack of expedience and communication, which would greatly impede my ability to recommend.

Slow moving timelines, lack of communication, at one point, there was a delay in the repair of my car because a technician was not coming to work. As my vehicle neared completion, there were several delays on when my vehicle could be picked up. I went from being told it could be available Friday, to end of day Monday. then to Tuesday (after I made a trip to pick it up). Nearly all communications were initiated by myself. I felt there was a lack of expedience in completing my vehicle.
