Unfortunately, there is not much emphasis on customer service nowadays. But Service King definitely provided exceptional customer service. From the moment I walked in to drop off my vehicle until I came to pick it up...they were professional, polite, displayed genuine willingness to help...it was an amazingly great experience. First impressions are so important, but when you experience a company's objective being to satisfy it's customers on every encounter...that's what I call "Customer Satisfaction"
