Crash Champions were very efficient with their process . Paula was the lead on our vehicle repair . She was able to meet the estimated deadlines and keep us informed with a great follow up process. Monica and Rosie were also fundamental in this experience. I would definitely recommend this business. They are very friendly and even stayed a little late to accommodate our needs on the puck up .

I am currently back at the repair shop for the third time to have my Volvo’s sensors reset. I was very satisfied that my repairs were done in only 9 days, but as soon as I drove away, 4 alerts lit up on my dash. I returned the following day and they were unable to reset the alerts. They said they didn’t have the software to do it so I had to come back in a few days. The 2nd visit took over an hour and after driving away, they all were still on. Hopefully this visit won’t take as long and the sensors are officially dealt with.

We had our 2021 Toyota Tacoma repaired by crash champions in Mission Valley. The staff was exceptional, especially Ana who kept us up-to-date on the progress of the repairs. It was completed as promised and we were able to pick it up this past Friday, April 10, 2026. Not only did they do an excellent job on all the repairs Ana the service advisor stayed later so we would be able to come in and pick up our truck later in the evening.They even washed it inside and out. Truly outstanding service. We are very happy with the exceptional service we were provided with.
