8.5-9/10 rating is what I would give. The reason im not giving a perfect rating is because there was 0 communication the day my truck was SUPPOSED to to be finished. It seemed that I was begging for them to give me a call on just updated information! Keep in mind this is MY truck, the least I would like to know is what’s going on. The lady at the front desk Mallory I believe is her name attempted to argue with me which I found extremely unprofessional. I was informed by Mike that I would be notified days in advance if there was a kind of delay and that’s far from what happened. Extremely unorganized that day, nobody really understood what was happening which was disappointing. I most definitely would not pick this place again if I needed to get my vehicle worked on again.. nor would I suggest this place.

Based on looks, the repairs seem to be pretty good. However, I had to rerun the next day because my passenger handle came unsecured. I am still testing out the drivability, and I am noticing some things I may take back in for another check such as feeling a shaking in my car especially after turning and my temperature gauge does not move past the 3/4 to the middle point.

The vehicle was completed one day early I was informed when the vehicle was started for repair to the end. The only issue I had was I got the estimate from the Shorewood location but when I made the appointment to have the repairs done the soonest to start would be at a different location from where I got an estimate. The operator said crest hill location would be the soonest so I took it the next morning there. I confirmed my morning appointment so when I got there they had no clue I had an appointment at their location they still honored my appointment w them Over all experience was stress free from start to finish. Thank you
