The estimate was explained in a way that made me feel confident in choosing this shop to complete the work. Details outlining the repair process were explained along with a process for any hidden damages, and what would be done to in the event these arise. An estimate of time for repairs was also provided. I appreciate the work being completed ahead of the scheduled ETA. A representative called the day the car would be ready and explained the last step they were working on. This allowed me to make plans to pick up the car. On pickup I was very pleased to see flawless work. The damaged area looked completely restored to new condition. All pieces lined up perfectly. I was given information and instruction should any questions or problems arise. The staff at this location were very friendly and professional. I would refer anyone looking for service to this shop. Very impressed with the service. The service checks were absolutely wonderful and explained everything that I was gonna happen to my car and they had a great follow up. Hopefully, I’ll never have a an accident again but if I do, you know where I’m taking my car.
