The team at Crash Champions were all very cordial and diligent with my repair. I'd like to make a special mention to Rachel who went above and beyond to help ensure my car was returned to me in time and constantly kept me in the loop regarding my repair status. She even stayed late the day my car was done, picked up my wife from home (since she was stranded without a car), and brought her back to Crash Champions to get her car back. I highly recommend this company, but especially this location for going above and beyond to get our car fixed and take care of my family!

Rachel was amazing! She frequently reached out and provided very detailed updates--without us asking for them. I will add, when we picked up our vehicle it was slightly frustrating. We knew Rachel was not in that day and that we would be working with Richard. It was shared that we would get a call when the vehicle was washed and then we could pick up. It got closer to the closing time and we hadn't received a call. We tried calling and no one picked up. We ended up driving to the location and Richard helped us. There seemed to be a lot of confusion--whether it was washed or not. Only to find out it was washed and ready. It took about 35 minutes of us being in the office to figure that out. We never did a walk through of the outside of the vehicle. We were just handed the keys. In the meantime we were rushed to drop off our rental before it closed.

Excellent Work! Would have given a 10 but chose 8 because of some logistical issues. I was originally texted that it would take 2 weeks which seemed really long (but, oh well). Made arrangements with family for 2 weeks to cover car travel arrangements. As it turned out, it only took a couple of days.
