My car looks good, but the communication at the beginning of the process was not good. My appointment couldn't be found, then my insurance claim couldn't be found, then they forgot to have me sign a paper, they called and said they would email it to me. Then I got a phone call saying they couldn't start my work because they didn't have my email even though they had read me my email over the phone the day before. Once the repair process started, things got much better though.

I have used your company in the past and I was always 110% satisfied. This time my bumper wasn’t installed right, so now I have to take time out of my busy schedule to take it back and find a ride to and from the shop. I know the car detailing is a bonus, but this time it was done so lousy. My front windshield was replaced and they used a dirty rag and made it look awful and difficult to see. Please go back to previous management or employees that care about the company
