The body shop is great, however the mechanics who installed my control arm assembly did not tighten everything to spec and I had an issue when picking up the vehicle. That level of carelessness has caused me to wonder what else they didnt take their time on when fixing my car.

Called vehicle ready. Upon arrival, repairs were not complete DESPITE the vehicle being delivered. Repairs were incomplete and my time completely wasted. Told they will “make it right”. How? By believing me what I paid for later? NOT satisfied and definitely not happy. This should never have happened as the problem was OBVIOUS.

The area that was damage looks good. The concern I have was the dust inside and the hand prints and scuff on the outside around the driver side windows front and back.

Besides the text updates which was ok. I called several times to check on the status and the special request. My request was never answered with an estimate. My goal was to have the rear window re-tented while I was out of town for 12 days. It was not until the day I returned that the service rep said anything regarding my request. Estimate date of completion was changed almost daily after my return on 24 Oct. picked up the vehicle on 11 Nov.
