I was contacted on 7/24 5 minutes before closing and a day late on my pick up date telling me that the light was more damaged than they originally thought and it had to be replaced. The light had already been ordered but if I wanted I could pick up my car and bring it back when the light was in. I asked if I could come in and see it myself. My husband and I come in and I was not at all happy with the results. The front bumper was still out of place, I still had knicks in my passenger side handle with paint missing, something smeared all over the door Crome . I informed the manager that I was not happy at this time with what I was seeing. I was told it was only the light and from where I was standing it was far more than that. So I left the car and was told it would be ready by the 29th. After this point of contact I never heard anything back from them. I called after 3pm on the 29th and was told the light still wasn’t in. It might be ready the next day. So the next day come and still no word so again I called and was told the light was being worked on but it wouldn’t be completed for pick up until the following day. By now it’s been changed 4 or 5 times. I informed them that I wasn’t happy and I will not be using this location anymore if something happens in the future. By the end of this I felt I was being avoided and it shouldn’t take the customer having to be the one to call and ask for updates.

Front desk receptionist was extremely helpful and Crash Champions expert was so nice and explained the process of getting my vehicle repaired. Also, calling for updates was very helpful. I would recommend this company to anyone

1st what was repaired looks great. 2nd i told the tech that there was a raddle under the dash when i brought the car in and it wasn't checked out at all. 3rd i felt i still had something wrong on the right side and sure enough there was a huge bulge in the tire that i have to pay extra for now

In the beginning i was notified every Tues & Wed. but when it came towards the end and i needed that call of finished or not guy said he'd call and never did. He said he was going to put a sticky note on his desk and put a alert on his phone but i had to call 2 hours after he was a no call

I want to thank especially to a gentleman by the name of Ben at the shorewood facility he was very knowledgeable and helpful with all the issues I had with the insurance company and adjuster. I also want to thank the men who worked on my car they did an excellent job on my vehicle and this was my 2nd time I had work done on my car I was hit twice in a year thank you for all your hard work!
