Communication was not great, I had to call for updates. Once on the day of the pickup date to be informed I wasn’t going to be able to pick up due to an issue and then after that for the new pick up date their was no update given and no one called me to inform me it wasn’t going to be ready for pick up and had to call myself and then was informed another day or two. Mind you I was paying for a rental car out of pocket. I dropped my vehicle off 5/4, original pick up date was 5/18, then 5/22 and then finally received my vehicle back 5/27 so better communication would’ve been great.

Put a different battery in my car it wasn’t even the right fit everything was circuiting on and off car was hardly starting. When brought back they said they don’t make those mistakes. Alignment is still off and front end is still making noise. I am so far out $190 for a battery
