I was very unhappy because my car was very dirty when I pick it up. I thought every customer is treated equally. I really feel like I was not treated fairly like all the other customers who I seen picking up there car. There car look like it came off the showroom floor. My car look like it was it hit by a dust bomb.

Crash champions did clean the car out meaning removing all the stuff that was in it and they did a mediocre job the car was not detailed it was still dust it was still dirt they were still dog hair. The car does not appear to have been shampooed or thoroughly detailed there's still was under the sea items like a little Trash money you can just tell that it wasn't done with the pride that crash champion claims they stand on. And when I brought this up to crash champions the manager at the Morse Road location did a little something but I cannot say that I was satisfied the car did have work done on it it looks pretty the outside of the car the inside I had to go and pay out of pocket to have the car detail properly after it was supposed to be done and paid for by the insurance and I still pay my insurance. I am glad that my car was found I am glad that work was done on the car. I do not have satisfaction with the quality of work that was done they are still things that need to be done and now I have to come out of the pocket to get them done I've contacted crash Champion as well as Travelers. But I guess as with anything in life I have learned you have to take the good with the bad and it's a good thing that my car was found it's a good thing that they did do some work on my car the bad thing is I have to make sure other things are done properly

I must say the Personnel at the Morse Road location made the experience a little more accommodating they did appear to care about my concerns but of course they threw it off on the shop on Sullivant not that crash Champion worked as a whole but they made it clear that Morse Road was one entity or one station and then Sullivan Avenue was another and the Personnel is Sullivan Avenue the communication the common courtesy was horrible
