I had a really good experience at Crash Champions. Everyone was friendly, detailed, and actually took the time to explain things instead of rushing me. Cameron was especially great he was very nice, patient, and made sure I understood everything and had all my questions answered. I appreciated how helpful and smooth the whole process was.

From the start my experience was less then ideal, the truck was towed to your location on Morse road on November 25th, after sitting there for several days and me not hearing anything I showed up to the shop, my truck was not there, it had been moved to your Sullivant road location without me ever being notified. From then on I experienced nothing but issues from this shop, constant delays claiming that they didn’t have the proper equipment to remove a truck bed, that they were waiting on parts several different times, my completion was extended four different times, several times I had issues even getting ahold of this shop they do not like to answer there phone.

I was very clear that I had concerns about my front tire. Voiced them 4 separate times. Was told the low tire pressure light did not come on at all the 2 months of repairs. I drove it do 1.5 hours and it came on. So it seems a little suspicious. Now I’m also wondering if my rim is damaged if the tire pressure was low for the whole time during the repair, and was sitting on the rim.
