Allow me to start by saying, please pass along our sincere thanks and appreciation to Anna. Reason being is she did an outstanding job of ensuring we were kept abrest on the status of our vehicle's repair throughout the entire process. She quickly and professionally addressed any concern I may've had, and insured I was well informed. As for the vehicle itself, the wife is pleased, therefore I am pleased. It appears the technicians did an outstanding job fixing the dent and blending the hard to match silver color of the vehicle. Additionally, Kudos go to the all those involved in the process. Lastly, I'd like to recoginize the gentlemen that detailed and cleaned our Toyota. Very Respectfully, The Turners

My car was not fully repaired when returned to the Fredericksburg location. It still had to be returned to Woodbridge for additional body work. We have only received updates from the Fredericksburg location after leaving messages there. Because of this we have rearranged our work schedules to pick up a car that was not ready, returned a rental vehicle prematurely and have dragged our three children between the ages of 6 months and 7 back and forth to Fredericksburg which is over an hour away from our home in Tappahannock. At this point I am very dissatisfied.
