Communication was lacking, the gentleman today was talking about smoking crack when I asked about the upcharge on parts, which is very high compared to industry standards. And the car was given to my son with spots and dirt it did appear they tried to wash the car but it looked bad.

Clay was very professional and engaging. He explained the entire process in full detail, and he always took and returned my calls within a reasonable time. Staff was always helpful and professional as well. My car was cleaned when I received it and it smelled great too. Thank you for all you do, keep up the great work!!

As far as I can tell, the work done to my car was done correctly. However the customer service and communication with the person handling my car was lacking. I only received automated messages that my car would be ready on Monday but when I called the shop and stopped by I was told it would lid ready on Friday. Even called the shop two days in a row to ask Onesimo to call me and never received a call back. Only received a call from him on Friday at 2:51 pm that my car would be ready at the end of the day. By that time I was not able to make it to the shop to pick up my car by closing time. When I picked up my car on Saturday 8/14 the low washer fluid indicator was on (one of the items I indicated when I dropped it off. I then had to take it back on Monday 8/17 to get it checked and again on Wednesday 8/19 when the part came in to replace the windshield wiper pump or whatever mechanism that wasn’t originally repaired.

My car was finished in one day and the job was excellent!! However, though the car had been washed, we had a difficult time getting tape residue off the windshield and had to use a wax to remove spots off of different black areas around the doors. Overall, I highly recommend Crash Champions!!! Very professional and friendly!!
