The windshield was one of the main issues the car was brought to your company but it was not replaced. The insurance company approved fixing both the windshield and the side panel and you only worked on the side panel without replacing the windshield. Great customer service kept me informed of progress! Concern: Tire pressure sensor is missing from right front tire, according to Discount Tire, where I had to go to have all pressure corrected, after pick up. Did it fall out during repair?

Buying after Market parts (non-OEM) is not ideal and quality is noticeably deficient from original parts. Fit was good. paint finish quality is not as good as original. Color was matched well.

Not very confident in the estimation process since it's done with pictures and I had to point out what other shops had put in their estimates as far as replace vs. repair.

The people at the office were good. I had to call customer service and didn't realize I was calling a general number (not the shop I was working with) and heard what sounded like vacuuming and music. I yelled a few times into the phone and someone finally came on. They told me I could change my appointment, so I did. When I took the car to the shop, they said I couldn't do that and had to keep the original appointment time. That's when I found out that I wasn't talking with the shop as I expected. I was a bit frustrated. The shop then told me I had to ask for the specific shop when I called customer service. It would be nice to note that you need to ask for the specific shop on paperwork since the number I called seemed to be local to the area.

Crash Champions is the BEST business to go to when you need unfortunate car repairs. Their communication is excellent and they kept me a breast of the process. I picked up my car and the repair was excellent, they vacuumed and clear coated my Cruck (car/truck). Highly recommend Crash Champions
