There was some damaged paint done during the repair. I’ve already show this to and talked to the Crash Champions representative and he said he would call me on Monday after he talked to his supervisor about how to resolve it.

They did paint damage to the car. They said they would call me back today to schedule time to fix it. So, the process is not done as far as i am concerned.

I am totally 300% satisfied. I was nervous and still stunned about the accident/incident, but Crash Champions and, ALLSTATE, put me at ease. Everyone was so friendly and patient. The whole experience from calling Allstate, to Crash Champions and a Rental car was so quick and yet everyone took their time to explain everything from step one to the final step of Picking up my car. The shop time was even less time than they stated would take for my vehicle to get repaired. The Crash Champions Team and ALLSTATE Teams are very knowledgeable, helpful, understanding, and polite.
