Unable to call as it is after hours but same issue happens again at 6:50pm car alarm went off and vehicle is not able to turn on engine or turn off battery mode of the front part. Wanting to send a message in so team is aware that problem is still happening and hopefully car will turn on in the morning to bring back to shop. I appreciate service kings help on fixing this issue
