I make sure to always use this location for any of my needs. This store gives Service King a great name! Glenda at the front desk is so nice and helps so much. My service advisor was great! The service advisor from my last visit rembered me by name. No where else I would go. I have used multiple other body shops and honestly even another sevice king. No one compares to this locations service and caring.

Could not be more pleased. Omar was excellent! He made the entire process feel like a breeze. I appreciated the proactive communication from him and the woman at reception (so sorry I don’t recall her name). She made the pick up process so easy and accommodating. Claim processes can be stressful, but the service king team here made it so easy for me! They coordinated my rental with Enterprise from pick up to drop off, I felt valued and truly cared for the entire time. If I ever have needs in the future, I will bring my business here.

Extremely satisfied with Glenda and Omar. They both show great customer service by responding quickly to calls and emails for updates on the status of my vehicle. Quite honestly I did not have to call or email frequently since service king sends text updates every step of the way!
