The service was great! Outstanding! The General Manager Zach was great with keeping us updated on all repairs and finished the work earlier than expected! We are completely satisfied with our experience there, and there was a quick fix at the end, the General Manager Zach came out and fixed, I’ve never really seen someone go above and beyond, overall great experience.

The only not satisfactory observation was the fact that when they washed the car, the middle top and rear top above rear window still had a dried muddy swash with drops still on the back window. Otherwise, the repairs and inside the hood were impeccable.

Glinda and Tim were very responsive. Came in on day off to make it convenient for work schedule. Constantly updating and Glinda went out of her way to go above and beyond the call in my honest opinion. Very impressed

I had a bad experience trying to get this car fixed just through the insurance it was a nightmare. But as soon as I dropped off my car at service king it felt like a weight was lifted off my shoulders John was the one that initially checked me in he made it so easy I called many times and asked for directions I felt so dumb but never once did he make me feel that way his customer service was fantastic. After that zac helped me and made sure I was aware the whole time my car was getting fixed what time it was going to be finished and what I could expect he made it easy. Finally once my car was done I went to go pick it up Glenda delivered my car and I was SHOCKED it looks like new I love it Glenda was so sweet and nice gave me all the information I needed and let me know about this survey. After that I did have some questions about everything (only because I’ve never done this before) and Zac was kind enough to explain everything to me before I left ( it was 605 at that time) they never made me feel rushed or made me feel dumb about the questions I had. All in all this is a place that I will be coming back to they were awesome!!! All of them deserve raises from the service team to the sales team they were great.
