I had been meaning to get a previous dent repaired near the area of the collision repair. John called and told me the cost and benefits of repairing while it was in the shop so it was convenient to pay the additional cost to get it done then. Great fir me. Great management to see the opportunity to make a little more money fir the company and next time I will remember I can call on my own for repair for a bicycle dent that better not happen again! 🤣😂🤣

Tine from Willowbrook sent my vehicle to John because they were a new shop which evened out the work load. They asked my permission first and kept me informed. Even towed it back to willowbrook were pick was convenient for me. My parents rely on me for much of their needs during the pandemic. It was great to get my car back sooner than expected.
