I just don't like people promising things and it doesn't happen. I was promised my car would be ready 3 times and it was not and not to mention - no one calling me and letting me know what's going on . I am a manager and I would never ever promise anyone something that I couldn't do I wouldn't recommend anybody to get their car fixed at this place. My wife has been upset because she hasn't had car nor a rental car since January 13th. Of course, when the wife is not happy nor am I. I hope no one else has to deal with a situation like this.

The person who was my rep through the whole process told me my car battery was dead and I had a bunch of warning lights on my dashboard. Never had an issue with the battery or any of my warning lights before I took it into the shop in Waldorf. The rep told me the work was delayed 3 days becuase when they put my new hood on my car they accidentally scratched it and then had to do it over and repaint it. During this time he told me they had to jump my battery several times and it doesnt run without being jumped. I got my car back on Tuesday, today is Friday, no warning lights ever came on and my battery has not died one single time since I've had it back. He was trying to price out a new battery for me but I told him I dont want one and I will just pick it up and get a new battery on my own if it needed one. Definitely did not need a new battery. Idk if they were looking at a different car or what, but I definitely will never bring my car back there or reccomend them to anyone.

The people did a wonderful job. Although my husband and myself own the car, my daughter drives the car. The car looked brand new. The inside was so clean. I am happy we tried this company. The staff was so nice, the associate wanted to help us because we brought cash. This was going beyond customer service. I did not want him to do that so we went to the bank and deposit the cash and paid the deductible by card. Keep your staff and please reward them. My word of mouth will send you more business. Thank you again, Felicia
