The keyless entry does not work for my hand. And the rear quarter panel had mark on it which supposedly is a buffing problem and there were chips at bottom of same panel above wheel. Still waiting for a part to finish the job which I understand is out of your control

They had my car since November 2nd and didn’t start working on it until December 1st. When the insurance went to inspect the car three times, they hadn’t even taken the car apart. I very unsatisfied we the work the did. Received my car back it had scratches all over a new bumper that they put on . I had my car fixed here before, but this was bad.

Ordered mud flaps was quoted one price and wasn’t informed of a higher price until pick up,ck should always be advised of a different price at the time of acknowledgment by the company doing the work

Taillight still sticks out but it wasn’t sticking out prior to the accident. I’m worried about water getting in through the tail light area. Rear beam was pushed in during accident and wasn’t replaced. Even if there was prior damage this new damage wasn’t there before the accident.

I wouldn’t want to take a vehicle somewhere that does not complete repairs.

My tail light is sticking out when it wasn’t before the accident. I took my vehicle to the dealership for a second evaluation. They removed the bumper and showed me where the frame and rear beam are pushed in. Yes the rear beam had rust on it. The carfax shows it’s a vehicle from PA the shop foreman said it’s likely due to the salt that they lay down on the roads. He pointed out where the fresh paint damage is from the accident. He pointed out that if it was prior damage as claimed the paint would be rusted too and it wasn’t because it’s Greg damage. The bumper cover was not an Acura bumper cover only the tail lamp is. Now I have to pay out of pocket to get it properly repaired which I will just not at this shop. The paint job of the tech who did the work is good craftsmanship.

The representative made it seem like my vehicle was frame damaged before the accident when it wasn’t because my tail light sticks out now when before the accident it didn’t. When I took it to the dealership they completely disagreed with the reps evaluation. Now my vehicle damage is something I have to figure out on my own. Vehicle repair advocate didn’t advocate for my repairs.
