The internal door control board was not appropriately fitted. The clips were broken and I gave a complaint but was told I they will not approve for the rental before its fixed. So I had no choice but to take the car home even though as it was not fixed

I wasn’t happy with the communication throughout the repair. Information was passed at the end of the day on most occasions and delays on when work was supposed to be finished. The whole experience was frustrating and irritating.

The communication I had with the two ladies I spoke with on the phone on a few occasions was top notch. One was the main receptionist unfortunately I can’t remember her name and Laura. They both had great communication throughout the process.

I came in to bring my van for repair as suggested by my insurance. No one at the counter but there were two people inside just looking at me. The woman who was working on, was just looking at me. Never say anything. So I went out to see if this is the right place. I went back in again and after third time of in and out, finally the woman who was working inside came and sat down at the counter. Without saying Hi or Hello. I almost withdrawn myself and look for a better one. I told the lady that pick me up for my rental that I will not recommend this place with my friends.
