I had such an amazing experience at crash champions. We originally had a collision place that we were going to go with but they couldn't even look at my car until after Xmas. Crash champions looked at it the next week. Great customer service at the front desk, great communication and alerts on the process of my car getting fixed. Hopefully I won't need them again lol but if we do I know this company will have our back!!!! And most importantly my car looks beautiful, you would never know it was wrecked.

After getting my car back from the repair I still had dents in it when I ask about it I was told the dents was already there . If the dents was there why wasn't they fix. I was told I could fill out another claim to get it fix why would I want to pay another deductible why wasn't it fixed the first time.
