You guys did a fantastic job. However, your nort customer friendly when it comes to availability. In my case dropping my car off on a weekend would have been perfect. Instead I had to make additional arrangements and use time to drop off and pick up my vehicle plus you guys close at 5pm. Doesn't make for easy driving coming from NE DC.

The customer service is not great; I had to ask three times before someone picked up my car and two times to get a list of the repairs. Also they wouldn’t fix my back door (won’t open post accident) since the car was hit on the left side and the sensor is on the right.

The work was great but my problem is they said they could not match the front tires on my BMW 750 so they ordered a different tread with a different tire tread than the other on the front of my car.

My bumper color does not match the rest of the car. There is water coming into my trunk from somewhere after the bumper was replaced. I was told it would take 30min to fix these issues. There is no way, you can fix a color correction in 30min. And fix the issue with the water coming into my car when it rains!

I would definitely recommend Crash Champions, the work done was a minor touch up job but it was completed in the exact time frame that was quoted. I am more than happy with the service I received!
