I am completely satisfied with the work on my truck and customer service from the front desk HOWEVER I do not appreciate my belongings being stolen out of my car. I unopened 24pack of AA energizer batteries were removed out of my car. They were under the driver seat.

I know they tired their best to fix the bumper of my car, it still isn’t completely fix. I was told that due to a previous accident it was a bit elusive for everything to be perfect, but still just a little disappointing the peeling of the bumper is still there. It’s even peeling on the right side of the bumper, which wasn’t an issue before, but now an issue. 😔

I appreciated the effort to repair my vehicle, but I am a bit disappointed with the quality of part of the work. While the front area was repaired, the bumper is not clamped on perfectly as it is separating/peeling on a section that was not peeling before the repair. To clarify, I am not referring to the paint; I am referring to the exterior plastic portion of the bumper itself. This issue was not present prior to service, and it makes the repair feel incomplete. I expected the vehicle to be returned in equal or better condition structurally and cosmetically, so this has been frustrating. I was told that it was in an accident previously which is why the reclamp couldn’t be perfect. I’m just a little confused as to why the right side is now peeling but the left side is somewhat fixed although there is still a gap in where the clamp is.
