My interaction with Mr. Rivas and the staff was very good. I am glad that the finished products matched the original items. My one concern is the final completion date. My vehicle was delivered to Crash Champions on 23 Feb. The original completion date was 4 Mar. That completion date was changed on 4 Mar to 6 Mar, on 6 Mar the completion date was changed to 9 Mar, on 9 Mar a phone conversation changed the completion date to 10 Mar - then on 9 Mar I received an email with a completion date of 11 Mar. While I am not sure of why the dates were changed, I can assure you that the daily changes were was disconcerting.

Is my first time ever using crash champions and I honestly want to say they kept me informed through the whole process. Paint match up perfect looks brand new. Hopefully I never have to use them again but if someone runs into the back of me again, this is where I’m taking it
