Pacific Elite Collision has a team of all knowledgeable individuals who work hard and try to answer all your questions (and the ones they don't know they make sure to direct you to the best person who may). They kept me updated via text and phone calls regarding the status of my car, which I loved since I'm a busy person and don't have a lot of time to make phone calls myself. My car at the end looked brand new and even when I was out the door they still examined my car to double check everything looked correct! Thank you Pacific Elite Collision!

The entire crew at Pacific Elite is amazing. They work diligently and efficiently to make sure the customer's experience is as seemless as possible. Price was unreal. 24 working hours to fix a simple dent? 5 hours to paint a door? You charged me more then 2000 for a work, and I got 850 in another very good (30 years in business) body shop. You was much better when you were Lemans. Sorry, but you just lost your customer...
