I lowered my score because I had to go to Crash champions 3 times before they fixed my car correctly. The first 2 times they told me that my car was fixed and when I got there, they missed some areas that they were supposed to fix. I wasted gas and time going back and forth to their office. They finally fixed my car correctly, but it took 3 times.
