Crash champions made the bad experience of car damage unbelieveably easy. The staff was friendly knowledge and very helpful. I continued to recieve updateds via text which was unexpected. My car was repaired the next day and the entire procrss was worry free.

I apprecite the effort to reduce the "ding" in my car door, however, I am disappointed that the paint obviously does not match my car -- which only brings more attention to the damage.
