My car battery is still not working causing my car to be unrivaled the minute I got it home.

People have been kind every time we spoke but service overall hasn’t been the best. Would like to see you send sign-able documents with Docusign. In addition I was notified my car was ready to go home (which means I must come get it within limited time to not be charged for rental car). So I came in only to be told it was not ready, then told to wait after I explained I returned then rental. Then was told “actually your car IS ready.” Yet I drove my car home a 5 minute drive then the car battery immediately died….. indicating it was indeed not ready.

They did a great job repairing my door after it was hit while parked. The car was ready earlier than expected and they were patient with me picking it up a few days later as I had to ravel for a family emergency

My Jeep was not properly repaired. I have spots that was not painted correctly and some spots with no paint at all. It was a rushed job and my Jeep was in y’all care long enough for the job to be done the correct way. I had to constantly reach out to get updates on the status of the repair. Not only did your company do a bad job my insurance company did also. This was the worst experience of my life and I will not be recommending your service to no one I know.

I had to call them serval time to see when my truck was ready for pick up. I could not get in contact with the person who was working to have my truck repair for like a week straight. Keep getting sent to her voicemail. I asked to speak with a supervisor and never was able to. Very poor customer service.

The people at Crash Champions were so wonderful! They communicated w me constantly via texts and phone calls, they cleaned my car inside and outside so that it was very clean, they fixed my car in the time they said it would, and I have a lifetime guarantee! You can’t get any better than THAT!! Crash Champions are the BEST in every way!!!
