I brought the vehicle in for rear passenger wheel well damage. CC charged my insurance for a new tire although I had already replaced the tire from the accident. I had to ask for my tire to be returned. I also brought the car in for a oil change the next day to the dealership The dealership completed a multipoint inspection and the "new" tire you gave me has 6/32 tread remaining.

The work so far seems to be good and the customer care was good. The repair time line commitments were not met. Maybe we cause of slow delivery on parts from the vendor. Other wise it would have been great.

Crash Champions was so effective fast concern, caring professional I would recommend any of everybody to go here they kept me updated on the outcome of my car and everything. I just love everything about them. The inside was cleaned. They offer a coffee or water. They were very professional I will offer this place to anybody that need it.

Panel paint job was botched badly, rep was dodgy on providing explanation as to the job and QA failure and at no point did a manager escalate or get involved. Zero trust going forward.
