Needed to go back and have two trim pieces replaced to match the specific trim on the car. (e.g. silver vs. black trim)

While responses to our questions were timely, the repair took longer than expected and we ran out of rental car approval and had to pay out of pocket. That added additional spend on our part. We kept hearing it would be done by X date, but it kept moving.
