My car look wonderful. The shop did a great job and the paint was on point. I can't even tell that my car was in an accident. Stephanie was awesome she knows her stuff and explains everything and she makes it easy to understand the car language regarding parts. She was a great help from the beginning until the end especially when there was an issue of payment with my insurance company which she handled and resolved it very quickly. This shop has earned my business which is this is my second time coming. Great job Crash Champions

Stephanie was awesome and was with me throughout the entire process from the beginning to end. She explained the process in detail and what was to be expected. When I received the supplement record from the adjuster, I asked can she explained what was replaced. Stephanie knew and explained the parts very well in detail. In addition, she helped me sort out the payment mixed with the insurance. When I never received the check from the adjuster, Stephanie called numerous times to the adjuster and insurance company regarding the payment. She was able to resolve the payment issue quickly. Stephanie customer service is awesome and cares about the customers. Stephanie does a great job and amazing person.

I was completely satisfy Stephanie top notch I would recommend to anyone only down fall was enterprise the office adjacent to body shop no one ever there I was promised when dropping off my car Saturday my funds would be released by the enterprise people did follow through did not happen find another rent a car company to use felt I was lied to ????????????????????
