Not only was the communication between travelers/my agent absolutely horrific, my cars suspension was damaged by the repair shop, who is not claiming liability, even though there was absolutely nothing wrong with it when I dropped the vehicle off. So travelers and the repair shop have been zero help since. Completely up to me for a vehicle/rental and repairing my vehicle. I will be dropping this company like no body’s business end of year.

I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone I would advice them to go elsewhere and country company should cut ties with that shop and hold payment until the repairs and damages they caused are fixed.

My truck took 18 days to be completed. I was hesitant to use them from a bad experience in the past but i gave them a second chance because country company said it was their preferred shop. I got the truck back and the back bumper was completely misaligned and they didn’t replace a bent bracket. The front bumper had a dime size paint run on it and the bumpers were badly out of alignment and the seals were showing which they’re not supposed to be. My truck is making a bad wind whistling noise because they improperly installed the intercooler shutters. They also damaged my truck the drivers door jam now has a dent in it and my front grill has a dime sized piece of paint missing. Crash champions says they will fix it but this is very frustrating. I have pictures of you would like them.
