I will actually drive people away from crash champion now I used to tell people to go there, but after this experience, it is totally soured me and I will never take a car back there or will I recommend you?

I was promised the car would be done on one date, then was told that we done three days later than two days later then no call or anything. Just an automated text saying it won’t be done till the week following if I didn’t call and demand my car back they still have it.

Absolutely no communication from my advisor and then when I went to pick up the car, it had a missing paint spot and they said well. We were just focused on where the damage was on the side of the car and I said well if you’ve told me about this, I would’ve gotten it fixed. I said you saw it right and they agreed but they said well we thought you knew about it. It wasn’t there when I brought the car there so I don’t know when it happened.

Too long for minor repair. Have another car with similar damage and will most likely not use Crash Champions for that reason.
