I stopped at the shop to pick up paper work and keys for my truck so I can pick it up once I dropped off my work car an had my wife bring me back to pick it up and the truck wouldn’t start. All sorts of warning lights on the dash and it would not even attempt to start. So I just left the key in the after hours drop so they can hopefully figure out what is wrong with it.

Crash champions was great. From giving me a timely estimate and a time to bring my vehicle in. while my vehicle was there they constantly kept me updated that they were working on it. when I picked up my vehicle it looked great. The paint matches perfectly and they even cleaned the interior of the car I highly recommend Crash Champions

Upon arrival to pick up my vehicle, there was a scratch on the door, as well as the mark on my headlight AND tape on my headlight. Upon further inspection, my puddle light is not working on the mirror that was repaired. I’m a very disappointed in the service I received. I will be contacting you in the next days to have the light fixed.

I wish I could post pictures here. After really looking for the first time after a vacation. I noticed alot of things done very sloppy. It is WAY unacceptable I am bringing it in on Monday and having it fixed the right way. There is NO way this passed a quality control. Im a little upset that I trusted CC, I could ha e done this work in my garage and have it look better. Im going to post this on a review with pictures. Throwing paint over scratches and dinged metal is not the way to fix things.

Couldn’t have asked for more! I am no expert in body shop work but at least I can tell when detailed effort and work were given. Lucas gave me a clear, verbal description of the work done on my car. I make my comments on workmanship here solely based on trust in people! I am happy not only with the quality of their work but also the general professionalism, attitude and all-out service. Appreciated the constant update on their progress while car was in the shop. Kelly was very pleasant to deal with as I settled my bill. Everyone I encountered at Crash Collision seemed happy where they are, love what they do, and their willingness to deliver an excellent finished product was very obvious and of course very much appreciated..
