Our car looked like new. We brought it in with a large "dent" in the fender and it now looks like it never happened! The paint color matched perfect and car looks super. The staff was professional and the updates were greatly appreciated. I hope I don't have to be back but it is the place I will choose if I need to! Thanks Crash Champions!!!!

The bumper cover was supposed to be painted in its entirety, not just patched and blended. Also, the attitude of the manager and certain employees is far from being polite towards an upset customer. Be sure to improve this area.

The repairs were done faster than expected and for less money than expected. I had asked about touching up some door dings and they offered to take care of those as well, as long as I was already dropping off my car!

Excellent work and the staff were very professional and genuinely concerned with my satisfaction of the repairs. Oscar was very thorough with the repair procedure. Absolutely no sign of being repaired. The staff handling the claim and loaner were nothing less than perfect.
