I feel the experience was good, my only hesitation to giving a higher score is because the inside of the truck was filthy. You could tell they gave it a quick cleaning but it still had a film layer over everything inside. I wiped most of it off with cleaner but still need to clean the seats because I can see there’s something on them.

Again, would have rated higher but when I picked up I told the guy I wasn’t happy with the inside and he didn’t offer to have it cleaned up or anything to resolve.

The repair was good but it shouldn’t have had me find mistakes not once but twice. I appreciate the fact you look it over with a customer but look at it before inconveniencing the customer to have to wait another week.
