By the time I got my car back (11 weeks after it went in) I had lost all confidence in Warren. He told me at least 5 times that my car “would be ready next....” but it never was. I understand there was difficulty getting parts, but 11 weeks when I was told 18 days is simply ridiculous

Please correct the spelling of my name in your system. They tried in davenport but it wouldn't let them. This error is at the corporate level. My car has been cared for by Arnold's for years and I want everything tied to my correct name of Anne Kuehl. I was recently married so can accept Kuehl-Cutkomp as well. Please fix asap. That is my only complaint. Thank you

Looks great but have been having a ring noise with tire pressure that i didnt have before and not sure if it was because of the wiring done. I checked tire pressure and they were all good, but still beeps with no warning signal
