You guys were awesome! Especially that well-seasoned bald guy named Chuck!! Hopefully that Arnolds Body Shop customer care will continue well past the name change. Customer care and quality workmanship are the reasons I've been working with and recommending Arnolds since the 80's.

Great service. Car looks great. Upon drop off the service advisor was very helpful and answered my questions. He explained everything in detail about what was need to repair the car. When the car was almost ready we were informed it would be done soon. Overall, great communication and service. The only thing I would change is the wait to get the car in. But that is understandable bc they do such a good job it was worth the wait since my car was driveable.
