I thought the initial meeting with the estimator was professional and informative. Based on that encounter I decided not to request my insurer allow me to go thru the Audi dealer. The Crash Champions facility is modern and clean; also important to me. The estimate was accurate in terms of both cost and timeline. The office support was competent and friendly.

Quality of repair was great. A little surprised that I came in contact with 3-4 employees in the lobby. Only one wore a mask in the middle of a pandemic. Other customers entered without mask requirement as well. (?!)
