The paintwork and scratch repair on the vehicle were excellent however the car was left kind of filthy it wasn't really detailed as I would have expected

Hi this is Robert. I got work done on my 2019 Ford Fusion (Window replace and paint). Initially I noticed that when I rolled the window down it would shake a bit . I was rolling the window down and looking from the inside-meaning I was only seeing one at a time . I see now that the factory window does the same thing . I was asking for a different window but see now that I will not need a replacement . Seeing this I am satisfied with the work .

I was completely overjoyed with the repair work on my car! The staff kept me informed of their progress every step of the way and left me voicemail messages when the car was ready. Once I arrived to pick up my car, my car looked brand new and the car was dusted and vacuumed! It was such a pleasant surprise and a nice perk for a customer! Crash Champions have earned my respect and my future business. I will refer customers to them going forward!
