Disappointed with communication and customer service. My car got moved from the North Oak location to Shawnee without informing me. I dropped my car off at North Oak on Tuesday 3/9, and I only found out my car was at Shawnee when I called North Oak on Friday 3/12 to confirm I could pick my car up. Attempts were made to contact me via phone call on Thursday 3/11 afternoon, but after 3 failed attempts and no voicemails left, Natalie didn’t try to reach out again. Crash Champions has previously texted me to communicate (that’s how I received this survey link) and they had my email as well. Natalie’s excuse was that she only had my phone number. She could have reached back out to North Oak to get my email. She could have sent a text. She could have left a message. She could have asked North Oak to try to contact me. North Oak said they were too busy to repair my car on time due to tows; then why did I make an appointment? In order to pick up my car on time, I had to drive 40 minutes to Shawnee on Friday (the North Oak location is 8 minutes from me). Ethan at the Shawnee locations was super pleasant when I picked up.
