Went to this shop after a car accident and asked the shop to hold after getting an estimate on my vehicle, as I wanted to get another option. The shop told me they would hold and when I called back to let them know what time I’d be there to grab my car, they told me they actually repaired the car and just need to paint. They did not take any responsibility for going behind my back with the repair. When I went to the shop to look at my car, they had missed multiple spots on the car that still needed repairing. I do not recommend this shop.

I've actually already told 2-3 people about Crash Champions and recommended them strongly. There was a huge difference in the experience there and the dealership where we initially took the vehicle.

There is a rattle I didn’t hear before in the door. But I have it in the shop for overall engine shake.
