I had asked for the entire bumper to be looked over, and replace anybody clips that were needed. There were many spaces for body Clips not filled. I feel this was reasonable to ask, as I was charged for 1.2 hours work, and they spent less than 15 minutes doing it. I only found two new body clips.

I was pleased with the easy estimate, and quick turnaround on getting the work done. However , I asked for the whole front bumper to be looked over in any replacement body Clips be replaced. There are many spots for body Clips to go, including on the inside wheel well where the work was done. As I stated in the first survey, I was charged for 1.2 hours labor. The work was done in about 15 minutes. I would not have a problem with this, if the work had been done as I requested.

I was happy with the quickest estimate, and working with my schedule to get the work done quickly. However, I had asked for the entire bumper to be looked over, and replace anybody clips. There are many holes for where I see body clips should go, including one under the wheel well where the work was done , and one still being held in place by a zip tie that I put in a long time ago. Being as I was charged for 1.2 hours labor, my expectation was that additional work that I requested during the estimate, and the day of the work performed, would have been done. The technician only spent about 15 minutes on the work. An additional 5 minutes replacing the body clips, and I would have been satisfied
